Thousands celebrate the 30th year of Australia's largest ocean swim, The Sydney Morning Herald Cole Classic.
Ollie Signorini won the 2km swim with a time of 25 minutes and 18 seconds, while Alicia Caldwell won the female category, finishing the course in 26 minutes and 18 seconds.
The 1km swim saw Elliot Long take out first place for the men in 13 minutes and 38 seconds, while Georgia Miller was the first woman to cross the line with a time of 13 minutes and 41 seconds, making her third overall in the 1km swim.
All finishers in the event received a commemorative medal, while category winners and placegetters received the famous Cole plates.
Combined, the Cole Classic and The Sydney Morning Herald Sun Run, held the day prior, have raised more than $195,000 so far for more than 700 charities, including Manly Surf Life Saving Club.
